Welcome to Novel Productions. By accessing or purchasing from https://novel.productions (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services or enrolling in any course.

1. Platform and Hosting

Our courses and digital products are delivered via Kajabi, a third-party course platform. By using this site, you agree to Kajabi’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as they govern the functionality, hosting, and delivery of your course experience.

We are not liable for any outages, technical issues, or platform-related limitations imposed by Kajabi. However, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure a smooth experience.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices on the Site are listed in USD ($). You are responsible for any applicable conversion fees, international transaction charges, or taxes added by your payment provider or financial institution.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

3. Eligibility and Account Creation

To access certain features, including purchasing courses, you may be required to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Course Access and Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course materials as described at the time of sale. Access is provided via Kajabi and may be:

  • Time-limited (e.g. for a fixed number of months or years), or

  • Lifetime (defined as the life of the course on the Kajabi platform, subject to availability)

We reserve the right to update or remove course content in line with our business and educational practices. If we discontinue a course you have purchased, we will provide advance notice where possible and offer suitable alternatives if available.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated (e.g. through an offered payment plan). Transactions are processed securely via Kajabi’s integrated payment providers (e.g. Stripe or PayPal).

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. If your payment fails or is reversed, your course access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, we do not generally offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You lose your statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period once digital access is granted

  • You are purchasing a non-tangible digital service

If you experience technical issues or believe a refund is warranted under exceptional circumstances, please email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case individually.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our courses—including videos, text, downloads, graphics, and branding—is the intellectual property of Simon Patrick t/a Novel Productions or licensed to us.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute any part of the course without prior written permission.

8. Behaviour and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, download, or share course content with others

  • Impersonate others or provide false account information

  • Disrupt the course experience for others (e.g. via spam or offensive content in comments)

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if these terms are breached.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our content is designed for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding personal outcomes, business performance, or success as a result of using our materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or its content.
